3 Sim's tested

1 - Warid (Bangladesh)
Works until a call is MADE (not received), then it drops the signals to 0 bars but network name remains..

2 - Garmeen (Bangladesh)
No signal picked up at all

3 - Banglalink (Bangladesh)
No signal picked up at all

Still locked with a week 29 model

And here are the steps I used:

1. DFU restored (I always restore this way)
2. Quickpwned to jailbrake and activate
3. Launched Cydia and updated.
4. Added yellowsn0w source, and installed the app
5. Inserted my t-mobile sim (up till now I havent had a sim in)
6. Rebooted and it still says ... in the carrier (my unlocked 2G will say NO SERVICE when the t-mobile sim is in)
7. Inserted legit AT&T sim, rebooted, still ...

this method doesnt work all the time, as ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the app with reboot in between and cant get the carrier back anymore. lol ....... guess we will have to wait until a update is up

Not working in Indore(India) tried with Idea Airtel and Vodafone SIM...all the methods mentioned here...and dev blog...it doesnt simply work....I will have to wait for future versions.

I got this semi-working using method in the blog. I can get full bars and T-Mobile to show up. I can receive calls fine but the moment i try to make a call, all my bars go down and i basically lose signal. I cannot receive or make calls beyond this point and i have to pull out sim card and reinsert to get my signal again. Process repeats and i can only receive calls; cannot make calls. Cant even access voicemail.

Im Using:
T-Mobile in USA
2.2 firmware with 2.28 baseband
8gb 3g iphone black
0.9.1 yellowsn0w

Tmobile USA. No luck. Got the signal briefly but can't make call. THen signal drops . Only Tmobile icon shows. Any advices?

Not success in venezuela with movistar, using the cydia repo and all the steps in the dev-team blog

Can you tell wich repo used? a previous post says it used installer repo and worked fine, but i don't have installer installed :p

For those of you who are experiencing similar problems. please repeat the process but this time do not make a call from your phone. Use another phone to call yourself and see if that works. I think you may be experiencing the same problem as i outlined.

I have iPhone3G
When I restre it to 2.2FW and jailbreak it i have carier(null)(null) and no carrier options in settings under Wi-Fi...

When I do all things writen on dev blog it show allways No service i tryed everything i turned off 3g restore it one more time still (null)(null) carrier...

Any sugestion?
