ya, same neg result!!!!!

I've tried etisalat signal comes and goes...

wow, it is working now!!!!

here is the details...

1. install sbsettings
2. uninstall 0.9.3 through installer and reboot through sbsettings(keep pressed near signal bars for some times or slide top left edge from left to right for menu).
3. reboot
4. update yellowsn0w source by refresh for 0.9.4 ver
5. install 0.9.4 ver
6. bring sbsettings disable all functions except phone. (all shoud be red)
7. reboot
8. Take out your Sim and insert it and dont touch the screen.
9. wait for exactly 5/6 min
10. you say wow!!

it seems that I will have to do a fresh reinstall because still your tricks does t work on my iphone.

it is a AT&T iphone 16Go bought in USA...

Why cannot install yellows0w from Installer that does not reconize the ULR....

I noticed something strange maybe someonce can explain:
when using airplane mode switch, the very 1st time I did use the phone after fres reinstall it shown searching and it found the ETISALAT (UAE SIM) thanks to YS 0.9.4.
after iphone restarted, I did exactly same operation and no way to get connected to EILISALAT.
also and most strange to me (maybe there is a bug here...after switching off airplane mode, it shows Searching only half second!

why my phone doesn t go in search as 1st time? I would guess that the YS problem on my phone is coming from this issue.

also, Note that when it was working (at 1st install) still I couldn t place any call.

any other similar issue?
any advise?

it only works until you restart...

Here are the steps I did

switch on iphone and switch on airplane mode
after 10 seconds turn it off airplane mode and you should see empty bars.
go to terminal and type yellowsn0w -r to reset the baseband
until you will see no service...

go back to settings and switch on airplane mode and leave it for 10 seconds and switch it off...leave the iphone searching and after a while you should see you carrier there...


but call doesn t work still...can only see etisalat...

I've tried SBSettings. To my surprise I see now etisalat signal. The fear is it going to last or will fade as happened before..
