    It is working now!!!!
    please update your yellowsn0w to 0.9.4
    but my bars disapear when I want to make outgoing calls.
    Toggling airplane mode will restore signal bars. Incoming calls work perfect.

    Outgoing call: NOT OK(signal goes)
    Incoming call: OK
    SMS IN/OUT: OK
    3G: OFF
    GPRS: OK
    Carrier: IR-TCI

    I got another sim card from my carrier.(new sim card)
    It work perfectly, All calls(In/Out) works. when I replaced the new sim with the other sim(old sim) outgoing calls dosn't work.

    It seems there is problem with old sim cards.
