Alright.

I just wanted to report a method that definately works for 3 iPhone 3G's ive tried in India. (Mumbai to be precise)

1. AT&T Locked iPhone 3G 16GB White
Installed Yellowsn0w 0.9.4, Rebooted Twice with BossPref's, Got Signal. Everything works, DATA, Call in/out, SMS in/out.
(Both with Airtel India and Vodafone India SIM's.

2. Vodafone Locked iPhone 3G 16GB Black
Installed Yellowsn0w 0.9.4, Rebooted Twice with BossPref's, Got Signal. Everything works, DATA, Call in/out, SMS in/out.
(Airtel India SIM was used, AT&T USA SIM also got me signal, but I didnt make a call since it would have charged my friend, like LOL. xD)

3. Vodafone Locked iPhone 3G 8GB Black
Installed Yellowsn0w 0.9.4, Rebooted Twice with BossPref's, Got Signal. Everything works, DATA, Call in/out, SMS in/out.
(Airtel India SIM was used)

All 3 phones, even after a normal reboot, get signal in about 5-6 seconds after bootup, and never drops.

Works perfectly.
