Please goto "Settings > General > Info" and look for Model. Tell us what model number your iPhone is and we'll check.

When Apple replaces the iPhone they usually just switch the comboard or parts that aint work. they probably dont touch ans stuff like the baseband.

but if they take a refurbished iphone from the US and give it as a replacement for a spanish iphone, then they need to reprogram something to switch from the AT&T simlock to Movistar..
