you are correct that I was mistaken to think that you had already unlocked with 9.6

I also appreciate knowing that yellowsn0w 9.6 is no longer available, which is a shame, since it did not have the WIFI OFF problem

and thank you for posting your experience so that hopefully the next revision of yellowsn0w wont have the wifi OFF default
