You need to use some text editor (not a word processor) to open the file /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.iphone-dev.yellowsn0w.plist that is on your iPhone after you install yellowsn0w. In Cydia you can find a text editor, gTxtEdit, and otherwise you can transfer the file to your computer, edit it there, and put it back (use iPhoneBrowser, DiskAid, WinSCP or whatever you prefer)

Open that file and, between the line that says
<string>/usr/bin/yellowsn0w</string>
and the line right below it that says
</array>
you add a new line that says
<string>-q</string>

sooo if you install yellowsn0w your unlocked, if you uninstall yellowsn0w your locked again??

Yes, the unlock is only until the next restart, so without yellowsn0w present you're back to locked.
