    ok ..... i did the IPSW builder then iPwner....... after which when i put my phone on DFU mode on iTunes it says iphone is on recovery mode and that i should restore ... i clicked ok and clicked shift and restore ... browsed to my pwned custom fw created by winpwn...... after a while it comes back with an error 1600.

    What is wrong ???

    Have you downloaded offical Apple 2.0 firmware?

    Well my advice would be:
    Pwn the iPhone with WinPwn 1.0.0.3_RC1: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?nd1vynutuut

    Then make a custom image with winpwn 2.0

    Then just normal restore with itunes

    I would but I think I rather revert back to 1.1.4.

    I'm having too many problems. Apps crash. And my phone restarts once in a while. I know the WinPwn boot logo is beautiful but I shouldn't see it more often.

    I cannot get into my phone - its locked ? hence trying to use this tool.. I have the itunes picture on my phone - when i fire up pwned 2.0 i only have 2 options to play with, one is help the other is the ispw browser

    Thanks .... and just another question .... when my iphone is in DFU .... and is detected by itunes .... is it normal for that msg to appear ... saying that the phone is in recovery mode and stuff....

    HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I've had that many times. BAck it out of DFU mode and put it in recovery mode (turn phone off, hold down the home button, keep holding it down when you connect to your Windoze box and keep holding for approx 5 secs)

    You will see itunes recognise a recovery mode phone - install the ipsw...
