Maybe it could be solved by doing a clean install of winpwn, but I can't find ALL the folders that it has created... I found:
C:\Documents and Settings\*****\Application Data\cmw
and obviously:
C:\Program Files\winpwn
Any other folders I should know about?
EDIT: Nevermind, I think I figured it out, I used a IPSW file downloaded and opened by iTunes so that must be it, redownloading the pure firmware file for testing.
EDIT2: Still not working... X_X
Had the same problem, they reported in the release here that cydia may cause problems with Win XP, uncheck cydia and reply back..worked with me

Tried all possible variations on the Custom ISPW, even leaving all fields unchecked, result is the same... Maybe I'm missing a file critical for the manipulation of the original ISPW, but what the hell do I know? I'm trying various installs and reinstalls here...

i got something better than y'all...
i start the program, press load image, select it and when winpwn loads the image, is freezes my entire computer. i can't start task manager or anything, but my mouse moves
-can't even do anything with the program.
