It's been very busy for me recently at work and I haven't had much time to spend on WinPwn.
But i'm hoping that planet/squpid and I can get the latest version out soon. I will keep you updated!

Ok, so when it comes out, and i winpwn my phone, will i have the new baseband or still 04.05.04_G ?

2.1 is awesome, very fast interface and everything works...

I'm on Windows upgraded yesterday using guides found online. If you dont care for jailbreaking then just update as normal, no change on the 2.1 baseband so phone will remain unlocked

If you want to jailbreak, google the guides... Its easy really!

2.1 is the single best update yet - why wait!

yes, it's working ok! I have only the problem with the breaking mail app. This could be solved with SSH or Bossprefs. So, need to wait for WinPwn 3.0

I used an Custom IPSW i found somewhere on the internet (don't remember where, maybe on ...bay).
Tried to update via itunes. Getting error 3 or something.
So i tried to restore using itunes. It worked perfectly for me. Afterwards restored with a backup made before the upgrade an there you are.
Sure, all my Cydia/Installer apps were gone, but I had them reinstalled in 10 mins.

My iPhone was on 2.0.2 using Winpwn before the upgrade.
