    Default WinPwn 2.5 Continous Error 6 in Itunes

    Hello guys, i have been busting my butt of since this morning 9:51am precisely to unlock my iphone. I have tried almost all the solutions possible. After i am done creating the custom ispw file, i set the iphone in DFU mode

    -Turn off
    -Hold On/Off button and Home/wake button for 10 seconds
    -Release the On/Off button but keep pressing the Home button
    -Wait until itunes detects the phone
    -The screen is always black.

    But then when its restoring with the custom firmware, somewhere i always get a "An unknown error has occured while restoring, error *6*

    I tried it on Vista/XP system. I have an imac which i will try to use if this last attempt doesnt work.

    I even renamed the Custom-Iphone-2.0.2.ispw file to iPhone-2.0.2.ispw

    Might have been the problem. Apparently not.

    I lurked all over the forums for an answer but nothing to specific to my issue.

    Also i noticed in the log this

    </dict>
    </plist>
    Rebuilding Root FileSystem (This will take a while)
    Writing IPSW (This also will take a while)
    IPSW builder finished
    Starting Pwnage!
    Getting iPhone/iPod status...
    Status = 0
    device connected in dfu mode
    device connected in dfu mode
    device connected in recovery mode
    finished
    Pwnage finished, cleanup return:0

    Did you resize the root partition to more than 700 Mb?

    And did you check your DFU mode?

    [winpwn 2.0.0.3] DFU success + DFU instruction
