Can someone help me here please, i have the same error above, but looking at the threads couldnt find the solution.

My phone was a 1.1 upgraded to 1.4 via ziphone, then upgraded to2.0

Yes, it powers up fine, just no carrier signal

I have tried this about 5 times. phone is NIB 2g. everything looks like it's working fine. it says it's building the custom firmware. all of a sudden i see the "your itunes has been pwned" for a split second, and then both winpwn and itunes applications close immediately. i try to open up winpwn to do ipwner, it is greyed out.

according to iclarified you now need to put your phone into DFU mode and then use the custom firmware you created should the custom firmware fail to work according to past post you need to rename it into iPhone1,x_x.x_xxxxx_restore.ipsw
the x stands for the initial firmware code but since im still stuck on using 1.1.4 i still cant try this method though... sorry

Anyone figured out what error (1) is? im having that problem i cant seem to restore because of that
