Question Some options can not be selected [Solved]

I am trying to unlock an iPhone 2G upgarded to the 2.0 firmware. When I reach the 'Advance' tab the 'Enable Baseband update', Neuter bootloader 3.9/4.6, and 'Unlock baseband' buttons are not selecting; when I check them with my mouse nothing happen.

What else need to be done for me to pass this stage of the process?
    Thanks

Have you told Winpwn where your bootloader files are? You should have one for 3.9 and one for 4.6. This guide has links to the bootloader files under "Step One."

But based on the GUI instructions you should select the above buttons as I have described and when I try nothing happens.

like said a million times...you should use this firmware when pwning 1st Gen iphones: iPhone1,1_2.0_5A347_Restore

    not iPhone1,2_2.0_5A347_Restore

see the difference...it has a 2 in the second number....

use the 1Gen iPhone 2.0 firmware...

Here use this firmware...and your options will be activated and you will be able to click them:

    Enjoy!

I am still having a little problem to unlock my upgraded 2g iphone. After customizing the firmware and trying to restore the iphone I get this error message:
"The iPhone 'iPhone' could not be restored. An unknown error occured (6).

    How can I solve this?
    Thanks.

Sometimes the problem is to get into DFU mode properly. Did you check the sticky thread about it?. It might help you

Yes, The problem was getting phone in DFU mode which I finally did. I know that it was in DFU mode when windows detected it and a pop-up box came up in the right-hand side of the task bar, which says 'iphone DFU mode'.
