i doubt it will work with that
i believe what quickpwn does is jailbreak and activate and if you would like to unlock you can download bootneuter through cydia so this is better then pwnage tool because you dont restore so you keep all contact, music, sms logs etc...

CONFIRMED:
take a 2.0.1 phone [2G]. UPDATE through itunes.
it will LOSE the jailbreak, but remain unlocked and activated.
run the quickpwn process (using the stock 2.0.1 FW)
your 2.0.2 phone will now be activated, unlocked, and jailbroken, with BOTH cydia and installer.
