missing hard drive capacity?!

hey all,

i just used WinPwn 2.5 to jailbreak & unlock my 1st gen 8 gb iPhone running 2.0.2 firmware. i ran WinPwn on expert mode, set root partition size to 700 (since running on basic mode kept unexpectedly quitting before completing hashing the custom IPSW).

everything works perfectly now.....except my memory capacity is down to only 6.88 gb!! what happened?!? when i first used WinPwn, i used basic mode and actually chose NOT to unlock it, and the final capacity was 7.08 gb. i'm guessing basic mode automatically sets root partition at 500.

what are some of your actual capacities after jailbreaking/unlocking? is there any way for me to have my phone unlocked and still have at least 7.08 gb remaining capacity?
