Mine done exactly the same twice, just after creating the custom file and successfully putting phone in dfu "winpwn has stopped working" appears, so I just closed the program opened iTunes which recogined phone and then shift/ restored my custom file onto phone without winpwn. Phone rebooted and evrythong has been great, not a single problem.
