As you can see it doest recognise the file it just created.
This s/w is really bugy
Can you provide a little background info on your iphone...
Iphone 2g or 3G?
What version did you start with OTB (Out of the Box) ?
did you upgrade the iPhone to any other Firmware ?
I see you did not increase the size to 512MB or 550 Mb
this will cause a error
only use Cydia for now Installer has bugs still...
Have you read this Guide ...this works VERY well ...
I have read allmost 10 diffirent guides.
Have spent 3 days playing with this joke.
First attempt got me into a 1640 error and bricked my phone for 2 days.
Then I went back to a 1.1.4 and zipphoned it as zipphone has never let me down.
Then Im back to trying to update to 2.0.1 and am facing this problem.
Why do you say my root partition is 500 MB.
Please re-read the log it is 550 MB
I have tried every size from 500 to 600
Next will go and chk out the Xpawn stuff.
If nothing else will wait till things stabilize a bit.
I thought they had it covered.
My Iphone is a out of the box 1.1.2 and was runing 1.1.4 with no issues for some time.
It has been zipphone, Iplused, Nutered and every other possible hack you can think off its been thru.
Last crack was Iplus 2.0
Im really lost the best responce was partition size wrong but its not.
Will re-download everything again and try from scratch again.
With everything freshly downloaded to a new location.
I will now go to a Vista machine and give it a shot.
Maybe I will have better luck on vista

Or you could try and find a MAC computer and use Pwnage
same error under vista
I do now know anybody in my city / country with a mac.
I was wondering does anybody have a link to
a. A allready pawned image for a old iphone with 2.01 firmware
b. A link to the 2.01 firmware. I do not trust apple for some reason. Maybe they have done something to block this s/w from working. Big boss had a link on some forums but it was edited out.
a. link to a Pwned image of 2.0.1 firmeware is not allowed
b. The trusted link for 2.0.1 firmware is from Apple.
I don't think there is anything wrong with your 2.0.1 firmware, but you can try to download it again to make sure.
Looking at your winpwn messages ... Try to recreate the custom firmware without selecting any boot & recovery logo.
