Not booting my iphone
Hello
I am having problems with my iphone. It wont go into the programs it just stays on the booting apple. I have fw 1.1.1 in it and its unlocked and jailbroken. How would I reformat it. And will I still be able to use T-mobile if I reformat it?
One more thing I was looking on this site. It says that you unlock and jailbreak the new FW 2.0 does that mean you can use any sim in it?

THanks

Yes. That's what unlock means.

I tried that method but for some reason it gives me error 6 and I cant install my custom fW. I had to upgrade FW to 2.0 but know its locked and I dont have an AT&T contract is there a way I can jailbreak it? Using other method.
Thanks

Thank you for your input but I tried it and still gives me the same.
You you think I can activate it by buying a new 3g phone and taking out the sim and putting it in my 2G phone? In other words activating the new 3g and 2g with the same sim.
thanks
