You'd have to put your iPhone intp DFU mode and restore it, then it's fine...
Is there any commandline/other way to get the phóne into DFU mode without pressing any buttons?

    quick search in google:

Alternate Method: Going Into DFU Mode Without Button Pushing: (on windows) Easier than timing the buttons just right!

1.) First download the required archive http://www.sendspace.com/file/93fx93

2.) Extract the archive to the root of your hard drive, should be C:/DFU/

3.) Connect your iPhone and ignore iTunes

    4.) Goto Start - run

    5.) Next type in “c:/dfu/dfu iBSS.m68ap.RELEASE.dfu”

6.) Wait for iPhone to show a “white” screen

7.) Now you may proceed to downgrade!

**also these files are found in ibrickr’s directory except for the .dfu file**

How bad is the break on your power button? Is there any way you can improvise a replacement?

The buttons have been broken earlier, as i damaged the main cable of the cable tree from the rearpanel (look for it in the hardware section)...

And untill someone offers me a cheap replacement (already asked in our market place) i dont have buttons...

Did you try to "own" iTunes with WinOwn 2.0.0.3?

Yup, several times... afaik the problem isn't iTunes, it's the iPhone. It happens if you're not in the DFU mode, which seems impossible for me.
