Ok, so I've followed the directions using winpwn to upgrade to 2.0. Winpwn --->, Bootneuter---->, Recovery Mode---->, select customer firmware. After I get to this part, and itunes extracts the software, Itunes gives me an error --- The Iphone, "Iphone," could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (5)." At that point all I can do is click ok and use ziphone to put my phone back to normal mode. What can I do to upgrade?

It has jumbled steps and missing information.

I don't this a novice can use it.

You can't hit iPwer button and not have a custom image ..
it appears the author on that site cut and paste his doc to his html editor and messed it up.

Plus there is no ending to it . it ends abruptly.

I wish the ending was better .. that's where i seemed to be having problems !
