    Default Is this DFU mode?

I bought iPhone 1.1.2 OTB. Then upgraded to 1.1.4 and ziphoned. Then winpwn 1.1.4. I tried to upgrade to 2.0.1 with winpwn (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1572). When the phone booted, bootneuter showed an error and tried to restart, and never booted again. When i tried again i came with 1604 error, and every time i restoring i get the same 1604. I read some guides to solve it (http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...9&postcount=26), but i can`t. Installed itunes 7.5 to restore to 1.1.4, but then iBoot usb driver shows that something is wrong and itunes don`t recognize iPhone. When i back to 7.7 version, everything with recognising went ok. My main question is:
    1) Why i get this when i turn on my phone?
    2) Is this a DFU (i did by DFU instructions and just conected, both ways i get the same)? Itunes 7.7 recognises and asks for to restore and v7.5 shows iBoot usb driver error.
    3) My iphone is completely bricked (dead) or is some way to get it alive?

Sorry for may bad english (i`m lithuanian)

No need to read that thread or do anything.
You do not need to revirgin/virginize if the phone IS NOT running 1.0.2 unlocked.

    @2big4u,
You MUST put the phone in DFU mode . Look at the thread that duck9000 provided above.
You are doing a lot of guess work.
Were you successful at restoring to 1.1.4 and downgrade the baseband correctly?
What firmware is running on the phone? What is the baseband version?

No, i wasn`t. I can`t downgrade because itunes 7.5 doesn`t recognize my iphone (iBoot USB Driver problem). I cant tell you baseband, because phone doesn`t boot, when i press turn on screen loks like pic 1 (first post). It supose to run 2.0.1 pwned version. But on the first boot bootneuter gave an error and now it doesn`t boot. Any more questions? Its copletely dead?

    - You need to put itunes 7.7.x on your computer.

    - You need to put the phone in DFU mode

    - When the phone in DFU mode, you use itunes to restore apple firmware 2.0.1 to the phone.
Download the official firmware to your desktop and use it to restore.
    http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=22056

If you can do that, your phone should reboot ok. From there, you can use winpwn 2.0.0.4 to create your custom firmware.

Is this a DFU mode (pic 2)? If not, then i can`t get to dfu mode. The only thing i can get is in these pictures, nomatter the phone is connected or not. Yes, i did this ten times (reinstalling itunes, changing usb ports) but every time i get the same 1604 error.

That is not DFU mode (pic2).
    Do this:
    - connect phone to computer and turn it OFF (make sure it is off and not just the screen save)
    - shutdown itunes
    - hold down power button + home at the same time for about 9-10 sec.
    - Release the power button but continue to hold the home button.
(if you release the power button after seeing an apple logo then you are too late. You must start over.)

    - As you continue to hold the home button , you will hear the connection tone from the computer. You may see the little message at the lower right hand corner of the computer saying something like "detect DFU ...". If you don't see it, that's fine.

    - one you hear the connection tone, you can release the home. The iphone screen should be black. If you see the pic like you have, you are not in DFU.

    - Itunes should launch automatically. If not, run it. It will display message "detect phone in recovery mode ...."

    - From here, you can shift-click restore and select the 2.0.1 firmware image you have downloaded.
