Yes, But Can I Delete Them.. I Dont Want Em Backed Up On My Phone ..
Its Freshly Restored With Just Cydia On .. Im Sure Cydia Isnt 195MB .!!

I think that Cydia relocates the ringtones, fonts etc. automatically, so that's where you get that 195MB....
