how do that?(sms,contacts,appz...etc)

connect ur iphone to itunes
let it back up
it will back up sms, call history, mail,mail accounts, stock, contacts

restore/upgrade

restore iphone from back up

now for apps.......the installer.app and cydia apps will need to be reinstalled, appstore apps will re install themselves......the cracked apps will have to be ssh in or ull need to crack again
