I updated my 1.1.4 phone to version 2.0.2 and pwned it via QuickPWNgui.

After pwning i installed Bootneuter via cydia, and neutered the phone.

After inserting my T-mobile sim i get service from T-mobile ( Tmobile logo is displaying on top of the phone) But after a few seconds the phone switched to "Slide for Emergency" mode. So i cannot use my phone :-(

It seems like its unlocked ( Tmobile logo is still displaying) but not activated

Is there a way to activate my 2.0.2 version phone? ( Preferably via Cydia - or any other way)

Or do i have to downgrade my phone via pwnage to 2.0.1 ??
( as i think the pnwage tool doesnt work for firmware version 2.0.2 yet?)

Please help

pwnage tool will work later this week with 2.0.2 quickpwn afaik is only jailbreak not unlock

Restore the phone with 2.0.1 custom firmware. After that, use itunes to "update" the phone to 2.0.2. After that, use QuickPwnGUI to Jailbreak.

I tried to restore the phone to 2.0.1 via my custom ipsw file trough itunes.
Now it just displays the itunes logo and cable..

Please help!?

dtube pointed out the way you have to go.
Try again. Your iPhone seems to be in recovery mode, showing the USB cable and iTunes logo.
Try the following. Create a custom firmware 2.0.1 with Winpwn 2.0.0.4. I know you got one, just to make sure you are on a working version.
Shift-Restore to that version.
If this aint work, DFU restore to Apple Firmware 2.0.1 first and try again. Cause 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 have the same baseband this will be working. When done Shift- or DFU restore to custom 2.0.1. try both methods, one will work.

And make sure that you get it into DFU mode and not the recovery mode your in now...

You may have to power down and then hold BOTH the power/sleep buttons and the home buttons at the same time for ~10seconds then will still holding the home button wait until you hear the USB "connect" sound. It may take an additional 20-30 seconds of holding the home button down after releasing the power/sleep button.

Oh and I found it works best without having itunes running until you hear it connect then run itunes.

As your baseband already unlocked. I beleived what you need to do are Jailbreak and Activate. You can use QuickPwn to fix it. My 2G iphone upgraded from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 using QuickPwn last week. First update firmware and then QuickPwn. The document in QuickPwn stated that no harm to run if you phone already Pwned. Hope this help.

Hi i just bought an apple i phone from US it has been upgraded to 2.0.2 version i dont know how the person did that, i live in New Zealand and want to unlock the apple i phone so that i can use it with any sim.Please some one help !!
