Default [1.1.2 OTB] [winpwn] Error while upgrading to 2.0

    Hello,

I wanted to upgrade my 1.1.2 OTB iPhone to 2.0 using WinPWN. After i restored it to 2.0, and the iPhone was flashing the baseband, i accidentally clicked on "sinc" in iTunes (stupid me). Now the baseband flash was interupted and not finished. Now the phone won't boot (stuck on apple logo), and when I try the restore again, i get an error 1604 in iTunes. I get this also when I try the factory restore file. Have i bricked my iPhone? Is the baseband broken?

    Help!

I am having the exact same problem trying restoring with stock 2.0 firmware on 2 different computers getting error 1604 on them both.

edit: after some playing around i was able to get mine working again. I got it working again by downgrading my itunes install to 7.5 then put the phone in DFU mode and downgrading the firmware to 1.1.3. then upgrading to 1.1.4 pwning and upgrading to 2.0.

    Default Similar problem

Well I was going to restore to my freshly made custom 2.0 and entered dfu to start the process. Itunes couldnt upgrade (error 1604, 1601) so I tried restoring to 1.1.4, same error. I tried on my laptop with the same results, so I just left the power button pressed while connected, and opened itunes again, to my surprise it didnt detect the iphone, I thought it was now officially dead, but I said heck I'll try to enter DFU again (though it was technically already there) amazingly the apple showed up and it booted normally as if nothing had happened, still had 1.1.4 and it was unlocked.

So I'll try again when I get home, hopefully it will work this time

Try doing what I did and see if it works
