Simple problem: Help with iAtkos S3 (Snow Leo 10.6.3)

Hello. Can you help me?

On my PC already was installed hackintosh — iAtkos S3 (Snow Leo 10.6.3). It works well before, but yesterday I pressed Power button, when OS X was loading. And now every time when I switching on my PC, I see something like progress bar (see photo), which "do it work" very-very slowly. What is it? Mac OS X is loading about 10 minutes and I want to disable this «feature».

I think, it's something like checking hardware or safety mode?
