Default Installing Os X on a Tablet

    Hi there to all,
I am looking at purchasing a cheap used tablet for university to compliment my Mac Mini. Would it be worth installing OsX on it and how much luck am I likely to get with full compatibility?

I can only assume OsX has no stock touch capabilities but are there applications for that out there (i.e taking notes and drawing diagrams)

For completeness sakes the tablets I am looking at are an IBM X41 or an HP Compaq TC4200

Thank you for your help in advance,
    Sam Owles
