Unable to recognise headphones?
Hey guys. After quite some time without an OS X installation I decided to retry and persevere with connecting to the internet. I eventually succeeded in getting my Hackintosh online, and now I am facing a new, minor problem. When I plug headphones in, my laptop does not recognise they are there, and continues to play through the speakers. I used iAtkos S3, with the Chameleon RC4 bootloader, on a Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Li2735 laptop.
I'm not entirely sure as to my precise specs, but I know my machine uses a Realtek audio driver, or at least it did in Windows. I listen to a lot of music and I would therefore really appreciate it if someone could provide me with the details needed to change my experience with OS X. I'm loving it at the moment, but this one minor flaw is dampening what is otherwise a great experience. Also, I have tried different headphones, and I've tried plugging them in to different ports. My machine uses a standard headphone jack, so thanks for any help you may provide!
