Check under Activity monitor to see what CPU and memory usages when you have those apps running. Also the CPU percentage for each app process.
What kernel version that you are running?

i use Darwin 9.4.0, i saw the memory status in the activity monitor, memory used for this apps are between 90MB and 50MB (itunes, mini Game, and Firefox), other possible problem is the high temperatures

That is one of the possibilities and why you need to check system total CPU usage, along with total RAM. And if the video card is functioning properly with its kexts.
The error message is related to RAM problems, and yes, could be caused by heat factor, or other issues.
