I've recently installed iATKOS on my hackintosh but it keeps displaying a grey box witn a message that i have to restart my computer whenever I try to download files off the net . I've tried different torrent managers and it keeps displaying the message and whatever I do it won't stop . It sometimes even displays the message when I'm just clicking on a download link . Pls help !

If you are attempting to download .dmg files, it may be an issue with your seatbelt.kext.

Try replacing it with the kext from another version of OSX. If it's not just with .dmg files, then if you can find a relevant crash-report, you can post that. My bet is the seatbelt kext though.

I've switched to iDeneb and fixed the seatbelt.kext problem but it hasn't helped . I have a picture of the error but it's too large to upload onto the site . From what I can tell there's some sort of problem with the ethernet controller . Can you tell me your email so I can send it to you ?

it very well could be an issue with your network drivers.
Could you post the panic report? May be able to tell for sure from that.
Also, what version of iAtkos did you install, and what are your system specs?

I gave up on iAtkos and installed iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 but I still get the same error . Tell me your email and I'll send you the picture . Here are some specs Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual core processor 3800+ 2Ghz Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT 256mb ram Mainboard: Nvidia nForce 550 . I'm also using a Nvidia nForce ethernet controller and I think it's the one making the computer restart from what I could understand from the error report . I have a picture of the error report but it's too large to upload to this site . What's your email ? I can send it to you .

How did you managed to install it? I have nForce550 motherboard but no luck yet.
