I thought that only selected packages are packed into fw, but get more of them.

The default configuration for PwnageTool is to create a custom ipsw that only installs Cydia (no apps). Cydia is configured with a list of standard repositories (web sites that host Cydia apps) and when you run Cydia after it is installed it downloads a list of the available apps to install from each repository.

You can go into expert mode and specify repositories and then select that will be preinstalled as part of the custom ipsw. This is not the default behaviour.

Everything ok now.
Only iphone is little hot. Will search to fix it. Made fresh install (no backup) and no aps installed yet.

What pwnagetool version are you using?

Are you sure these are not just locally cached? There must be a checkbox ticked next to the package for it to actually be included in the custom ipsw.
