have same activation Problem!

Hi, when I activate my iPhone 4 with 4.0.1. with my phonebook Sim, everything is fine;
After installing Cydia via Jailbreakme.com and installing unltrasn0w the phone restarts and stays activated. When I take out my Phonebook Sim and insert my O2 Card I fall back to activation Screen, get full signal, SMS is comming in and I can receive calls - but stucked at activation screen! What happened ?
Yesterday I did the same without any trouble

After messing up my 3GS that was originally firmware 3.1.2 BB 05.11.07 by installing Blackra1n before reading posts that advised to check the bootrom (mine is 359.3.2) which I could only repair by restoring via ITunes. I've patiently followed Olethros motto of "Please read the stickies and search the forum before posting" and researched for 2 weeks and have just Jailbroken my 3GS firmware 4.0.1 BB 05.13.04 via Jailbreakme.com and unlocked it using ultrasn0w. My Orange France Pihone 3GS is now working with an Orange UK SIM

where/ how did you get cydia to your phone and or ultasn0w.

Read the thread before posting a question that is answered in the first post of the thread.

If you don't have Cydia - you are not jailbroken - you need to do that first.
