Try to change the Network selection from Automatic to your carrier (manually).

If not you can uninstall your current version of ultrasn0w and google from the previous versions of ultrasn0w. Then you should SSH the files into the phone and last open terminal and execute the payload.

I fixed it. Belive it or not but when i remove the Silver case-mate the network and everything else works like a charm. So if you have it try to remove it and see if it works.
