    @bigpigni

    Make sure you un-tick the "activate" option when jailbreaking as I've found this stops an O2 card (official carrier) working... good luck!

    (and yaay DevTeam!!)

    Get the latest info for NoAccSplash Here
    Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x
    If you'd like to help extend its functionality, the source is also available.

    Hi all,

    Question time:

    I have an iPhone 3G running the old 02.30.03 BB, and am using some form of piggy back SIM to keep the phone unlocked.

    I'd like to get full functionality of the phone back (i.e. get 3G working!). First question is: If I upgrade to 3.0, and then get the phone unlocked using UltraSn0w, will this give me all functions on the phone, including 3G?

    Second question:

    The phone is NOT currently Jailbroken. How do I go about getting it unlocked using UltraSn0w? All I see at the moment is that the PwnageTool is built for Mac OS only in its current form, and I don't have a Mac!

    Does this mean I have to wait? (not a problem if I do, I would just like to know before upgrading to 3.0 and not being able to use Vodafone UK - which is my current provider)

    Is there an idiots guide to unlocking? i.e. Perform this step 1, this step 2 etc etc? if not, would someone be kind enough to provide one? I'm scared that I'm missing a big point that if I upgrade using iTunes I'll lock myself out for the time being...

    Many thanks in advance for any kind advice.
