Does anyone know how to install (and where to obtain) ultrasn0w 0.93 for an iPhone without working wifi?

Here's the ultrasn0w 0.9.3 in zip format. Download and extract it, in there are 2 *.deb files
ultrasn0w 0.9.3.zip

What you need is a jailbroken phone with afc2 support. Meaning the phone was jaibroken using redsn0w or pwnagetool. If the phone was jailbroken with blackra1n or spirit, then you have to install afc2add via Cydia ... but you can't do that since you don't have wifi :-).

Anyway, if requirement above is meet, you need to transfer the *.deb files and put them in private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall. If the AutoInstall directory is not there, then you create one.

Once it's placed there, Cydia will install it.

Is there a offline unlock for ultrasn0w 0.9.3 ? I tried the zip file UnlockOffline_iPhone3Gver3.0_by_TA_Mobile.zip from Index of ./files/iPhone/tools/ but it will not open i am on a mac
