i've had this problem for a while and posted a new thread but still found no solution.

I recently unlocked my iPhone with ultrasn0w a few weeks. the first day i didnt notice but some calls dont go through. If they leave a message on my voicmail it will appear and tell me. I will receive text messages like 2 or 3 hours after they were originally sent and sometimes will get three or four messages at a time. Some calls and texts go through perfectly it happends a few times a day. Its rather irritating everything else works perfect. I am pretty clear this is the iPhone and not T-Mobile... i reinstalled ultrasn0w and still have this problem is this common? is there a fix or any sort of way to troubleshoot it? 3G is off data roaming is on etc.

please let me know if there is some sort of a cydia application to fix this or am i just screwed and have and expensive phone that is messed up..?

Do you have MMS set up? If so, delete the MMS settings and see if you still have the problem.

no man i dont have any current mms settings. i've literally tried everything. how do you completely remove ultrasnow so you can reinstall it? is it possible? how would i go about updating to 0.8 i read the update and it fixes a lot of service problems with t-mobile. how do i update i've tried just installing it and it just forces me to reinstall the old ultrasnow?

In Cydia you can just remove UltraSn0w but as the latest version fixes most (if not all) problems you should just upgrade to that if you haven't already done so,
