Lots of people reported problems with new version of ultrasn0w. Please do try uninstall and reinstall Ultrasn0w . Try older versions of Ultrasn0w which can be found on google.
One needs to SSH then to cdyia/autoinstall directory and reboot.

There is some issues related to old SIMS as the voltage is around 3V and works fine with all phone and not with Iphone; so get a new SIM and try
