Can someone please help me to unlock my iPhone 3gs baseband 05.16.02 with out upgrading to iPad baseband 06.xxxxx :confused: :confused: and please tell me the Pros & Cons of doing so :cool: !!!

Did you bother to search? This topic has been exhaustively discussed.
Your two options: iPad baseband or official unlock (if the carrier your iPhone is locked to supports that)

The negatives of the iPad baseband are well documented (more difficult to restore, risk GPS not working). Search.
