Unlock advice/help to Oslo please

Hi, I have a strange problem with my 3GS 4.3.3 (cus.firm.) bb 6.15.00

I jailbroked (redsn0w) and unlocked (switced to 6.15) without a problem, no lost of GPS or anything.
I did that a few moths ago in Norway were I live.
For the moment I'm in France, and the minute I landed the phone didn't have network anymore. I searched for carriers and found 3 (Orange, Bougyes and SFR), the ONLY network that worked was Bougyes, I had full signal and all, BUT I couldnt call/recive or sms (Lebara, norwegian SIM), Internet gps and all still works. The two others had no GSM service.
I rebooted, reintalled both ultrasn0w and Carrier Reset fix (cydia.pushfix.info) numbres of times, and it still didn't work. Everytime I reinstall ultrasn0w it says "Could Not Activate Cellular Data Network" and after "Restart sprinboard" button. After reboot and "resim" I get a full signal, but it disapears after 10-12 seconds to "No service".
I thought maybe the phone was confused using a norwegian sim card (Lebara) and choosing another carrier cause of the country, so a few days ago I bought a sim card (Orange). And still nothing worked.. It says no network at the corner. Through General --> About, it finds both Lebara and Orange in Carrier when using/changing the simcards..
What can be wrong?

Most likely IMEI blacklisted in France. Which carrier (and country) was the phone originally locked to?

I bought it here it here in France, locked to Orange. Unlockef, then used it in Norway in the summer with Lebara card. Back in france for studies, and still nothing. But I bought a french sim that didnt work either?

Was it on a subsidized plan from Orange? Have you contacted Orange to determine if they have blacklisted the phone for some reason (like for example, you stopped paying the monthly repayments to Orange)??

It was not a monthly repayment.. It was just a phone locked to Orange. But I unlocked it and used it in Norway without a problem, so what can cause that?

Assuming you have a saved SHSH blob (or know how to use iFaith) restore with a custom IPSW that blocks baseband update. After the restore choose to set the phone up as new and let it activate via iTunes with an Orange SIM inserted. If that works and you get signal/can make calls then the problem is due to your jailbreak/hacktivation/unlock.

Otherwise, you need to consider that the carrier might have blocked you.

Did the phone cost €499 or €599? If you got the phone for cheaper than this, then it was subsidized in some way (generally via a monthly contract) and the carrier can block the phone if you don't repay the remainder of the subsidy.
My advice, try a clean install, if that doesn't work contact Orange ask them if the phone is blacklisted at all.

I have SHSH saved from 4.1.1 to 4.3.5. Which custom IPSW should I use? Never heard of iFaith? Is it the same as Tinyumbrella? Cause I dont know how to use Tinyumbrella.. "After the restore choose to set the phone up as new" how? Im sure you have answeared this tons of time, sorry for that...
By the way do u think I should downgrade to 4.1?

TinyUmbrella ia for proactive saving of a FULL SHSH blob while Apple is still signing it.

iFaith is a "last chance" solution to save a partial SHSH blob, it works even if Apple no longer signs the iOS version that is currently on your phone.

The purpose of iFaith is very similar to TinyUmbrella, but if you are 100% sure you have a saved SHSH blob for the iOS version you are trying to restore (eg 4.3.3) then you don't need to worry about iFaith

4.1, 4.3.3 it doesn't matter. Use a custom IPSW that you made yourself with Pwnagetool or sn0wbreeze. The custom IPSW should prevent baseband update (that makes the restore go smoother). Use pwned DFU mode + Local TSS server to restore the custom IPSW.

yes I have answered the other questions many times before. Do some reading/searching - the TinyUmbrella stuff is well documented in existing threads. (and answer my question regarding how much you paid for the phone - determining if it was a carrier subsidized phone is a key factor to determining if the issue is with the carrier or with your phone's current config)
