Yes ultrasn0w works with all bootloader versions :)
BL is irrelevant to unlock, only BB matters. All phones BB can be upgraded to 4.26 so it doesn't matter what BL you have.
The BL was only an issue because if you had to downgrade your BB then you could only downgrade with BL5.8
