[Problem] Race condition? No Network after standby

Hi there, already searched the threads in this forum, but didn't find any solution. Hope you can help me.

Following situation (what I have):
iPhone 3G 16GB (german T-Mobile phone),
iPhone OS 3.0,
activated with T-Mobile SIM-Card,
jailbreaked via redsn0w,
unlock via Ultrasn0w 0.91-1
using simyo-SIM in Germany,
having no Pin-Code on my SIM,
I can place calls, can connect to internet via GRPS, 3G and W-LAN, etc. Works fine for me. Except...

Following problem occurs:
When I resume my iPhone from Standby (Standy!=Turned off) ;-) I have a about 40-50% chance of getting zero Bars and no connection to Internet via GPRS and/or 3G.

I have absolutely no idea how to reproduce this with a 100%chance or (what I would prefer - as you can imagine) having absolutely no problems.
When I have to connection error, I allways wait for about 15 sec. Then I have a 100% signal again. But it's really annoying.

Do you have any idea? Could you help me to solve this problem, please?
