I had the problem of not receiving calls after upgrading to 0.9. The NO SIM issue was solved but calls weren't received.
To solve this problem try:
1 - Reset Network Settings
If that doesn't work, try unistalling Ultrasn0w. Reboot. Install Ultrasn0w.
