Did you have your SIM in when you ran RedSn0w?

If you have an AT&T SIM then restore to 3.0 in iTunes, with the SIM in and allow iTunes to activate it.
Set up as a new phone (do not restore from a backup) then RedSn0w thwn UltraSn0w.
If your phone is an AT&T phone and does not activate in iTunes with an AT&T SIM there is something wrong.

Hello Confucious, thanks for replying my original SIM is MTC Touch (Lebanon) as i live in Lebanon but i have the AT&T SIM card, i need to activate the MTC line so would it work if it try on AT&T first then MTC ? knowing that AT&T won't work over here, but does it do the trick?

It should work for activation I believe. The activation is done over the internet and checks to see if the SIM matches the phone lock, it does not actually need a cellular connection to do this.
