Default No youtube + gps signal

Before my 3gs was working just fine. I think after I updated to the 0.93 I can't access youtube through the app and I am receiving no gps signal. Wifi for me works fine and I can't seem to find a solution from google. I've tried resetting network settings and everything. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for the help I especially for the free push fix. It seems now my youtube works fine but still can't seem to get a gps lock that's precise. I'm guessing it's probably best to do a new iphone restore but is there a way to save my texts and transfer it over? I can always reinstalll the apps and stuff it's just the texts and call history. I'm on baseband 04.26.08 3.1.2. Thanks!

Does your GPS problem occur everywhere or just in a specific place?
Are you on an official iPhone carrier?
Have you checked your timezone is set correctly on the iPhone?

Would not recommend a restore as first step in troubleshooting.

Try a reset network settings and also changing your timezone to another one, restarting and then changing the timezone back
Timezone is very important to the proper functioning of GPS

    Also test outside.
