    Default No Service BB 06.15

I've been trying to unlock my 3Gs for the past 3 days now after updating to 4.3.3. I know it changes the BB, so I used redsn0w to change it to the iPad BB. After JB it, I installed ultrsn0w, but it just ends up with no service after searching.

I tried almost everything. I toggled the airplane mode, turned off 3g, re-installed ultrasn0w, tried different SIM cards, and even restored the cfw of snowbreeze AND pwnage tool. I don't know what else to do. I was hoping you guys could help. Any suggestions?

Publish some restore logs this might confirm that your baseband is actually the correct version and working.
The iPad baseband is a baseband of "last resort" - we only recommend it when you have used up all other options/solutions. This is because there have been reports of various problems with it (mostly related to GPS)

You need to hacktivate first, have you done this? This is an option in the pwnagetool/sn0wbreeze. Redsn0w autodetects the need to hacktivate.
Does the iPhone see the SIM card at all? Do you get an ICCID in Settings->General->About?

Ok...I'm kinda new at this. What are restore logs? All I know is that the baseband is 06.15.00. And the phone does see the sim card. There are numbers under ICCID.

I'm not sure about the hacktivate thing because when I used pwnagetool/snowbreeze, I just clicked build ipsw. So idk about that.

When you used pwnagetool, it should ask you "Do you have an iPhone contract that would activate normally through iTunes?" - you MUST say no at that step (or use expert mode where you can manually control hacktivation)
