I am not sure if the 10 of us on this thread are the only ones experiencing this problem. I've restored and used the v0.8 of redsn0w and the new ultrasn0w released 7 july with no luck.

I've sent twittie to Musclenerd abot and the dev-team on this but just silence ( I do appreciate all the work this team does for the community). I am just surprised that no acknowledgement of the issue from the gurus even if there is no solution (YET). Pls help us to fix this issue. I've done all I can find on the net and in forums without luck.

My iphone 3G worked for 4 days after redsn0w and ultrasn0w and stopped working since then. I still have the same 3.0 and 04.26.08 baseband. Nothing has changed other than suddenly no Sim and No Service error (even though I detect slight signal before the No Service Error).

Yeah I think everyone in this thread tried that, and no luck It's very weird that mainly white 16gb iphones(like mine) are experiencing this problem. Thankfully I exchanged my iphone at Apple for one with a lower baseband. So as of now I am stuck at 2.2.1 with a turbosim waiting for these problems to be solved.

Yeah, I've done all kinds of network resets with no luck and the problem is universal (not restricted to white 3g 16 Gb as I have black 3G 16 Gb.

I did reset the settings but also with no luck

i'm havin the same problem with 16gb white iphone and vodafone germany. And it's definitely not me - I know how to unlock an iphone, i've tried it about 10 times in several ways (with redsnow,pwnagetool,with and without simcard etc.). I also ordered a new SIM-Card but still no success/no service!

I think there are more people with this problem!!
I'm not sure if the DEV-TEAM already recognized this issue!

Same problem here .... Upgraded firmware on my 8 gig 2G phone to 3.0 using iTunes. I then unlocked the phone with Redsn0w_win_0.7.2. All ok except No Service on two sims tried.

i have the same probleme, after upgrade my iphone to 3.0 with itunes, and after jailbroken with redsn0w and after unlock with ultra snow my phone says no sim installed

Mine is weird,

Jailbroke, unlocked 3g using ultra.

Works fine for a day, well hold a signal at my desk at work with full bars.

If i move from my desk/go toilet/go outside/go anywhere i get no service error.

I have brand new sim, done all the suggestions on here and nothing works.

The Dev team are awesome i really hope they can come up with a solution to this problem.

Edit: My phone has officially died today, No Service all day, even from my office which i gotten full bars since unlocking. PLZ DEV TEAM TRY AND SORT THIS OUT ASAP or at least acknowledge the problem.
