I got the phone t'day I don't know what firmware did it have or if it was jailbroken. It only shows CONNECT TO iTUNES screen. I tried iREB, fix loop - didn't help. I tried redsnow 0.9.6.b6 and just boot DFU mode - then restore to custom 4.2.1 IPSW. It didn't let me pass thru verifying restore with Apple so i ran TinyUmbrella and start TSS server. iTunes let me thru verifying, show that it's preparing iPhone to restore. If I'm doing it with custom IPSW screen is white if with original 4.2.1 IPSW screen's black. But any of theese options don't allow me to restore. Itunes showing that Preparing iPhone for restore within 5-6 mins of this and white/black screen it comes up with error 1601 or 1604 and so. So what the hell I'm s'possed to do? I just want clean this iPhone from its old IPSW and kick new, working into it! I don't give a damn bout jailbreaking cause it can be done only if I got working firmware i phone - but I don't. So thank y'all for help.
