    Modem firmware (also called baseband) 1.59.00 use ultrasn0w iClarified - iPhone - How to Unlock the iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G Using UltraSn0w (Comments)

    As you used limera1n (bad choice) - you will need to install cydia from within the limera1n app that was installed on your iPhone during jailbreak.

    Any other modem firmware version - you are 100% out of luck.
