Cydia crashing after trying to unlock
Hey Guys,
My Cydia is crashing after trying unlocking my phone with cydia using ultrasnow. I have a Iphone 3GS 16gb with firmware 3.1.3. I cannot restore the iphone because my shsh was still pending with saurik in cydia. I also cannot download any SHH programs so i can view the files in my iphone. Are there any other solutions to fix my cydia problem?
Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure, you could always try Hard reset, hold all the 4 buttons on iPhone until it resets. Or try running spirit again see if that works.

yeah I tried the hard reset, and also tried re-jailbreaking it with spirit. No go.

Could see if you could check if cydia has got your shsh now, it may of been pending but already logged so it would of been waiting for your shsh from apple as cydia requests shsh in groups so servers don't get blacklisted.
Your shsh may of been in that queue and might be saved now, I think tinyumberella does this.
Actually if you are still on 3.1.3 you can save your shsh manually with tinyumberella and restore.

Leon,
Thanks for all your help. Is there a way i can check my pending shsh on cydia's website? I did try to attempt to save my shsh through cydia, but after trying to unlock the phone, cydia crashed on me.
Are there instructions on how to use tinyumbrella? The phone is still currently on 3.1.3. I would like to save my shsh manually.

Tinyumberella will save your shsh locally for 3.1.3.
Google it, a good guide should come up too.
Good luck.
