    Question Copy photos from iPhone 4 to computer

    Hi there,
    I am trying to copy my photos taken with iPhone 4 to my computer.
    I tried to sync it many times no use. All I learnt is u can copy photos from computer to iPhone not vice versa. Is that right?
    If there is a way to copy photos from iPhone 4 to my computer pls lemme know.

    1) If your phone has a passcode lock, unlock it and let it sit at the home screen.
    2) Plug your phone into your computer.
    3) Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the iPhone that you should see attached as a 'Camera or Scanner'.
    4) Browse down in the folders and you'll see your pictures.

    Please search before posting, though this is very easy to do it's something a lot of people ask about, you'd have found a solution here already just by searching.

    While that will work, I always recommend the direct way, that way there are no concerns if he's running Windows XP and doesn't have the photo gallery, or is running an edition of Windows Vista or 7 that doesn't come with those features. Directly accessing via USB is likely to be the most reliable method of retrieving untouched photos from the device. But, the Windows Photo Gallery will do it and has a wizard based interface if that's what you're looking to do.
